performances to educate and engage young people in conversations about mental
health (similar to your Youth Advocacy through Digital Theatre project).

Workshops
and Training – WE-REACH is organizing Training sessions on stress
management, coping mechanisms, and emotional intelligence.

Sports
and Physical Activities – WE-REACH is organizing communal exercises that
improve mental health, such as team sports or nature walks.
7.
Creative
Arts Therapy – WE-REACH organizes events for communities to express their emotions
through music, art, poetry, or dance to improve mental wellness.
